After being told that my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed Brake Pads all the way around and new Never Again! These guys are dirt bags, liars and thieves. After being told that my Jeep Grand Cherokee needed Brake Pads all the way around and new front rotors (at a cost of over $1600.00), and being advised, in writing, that the car was unsafe to drive, I found out from a trusted independent that the rotors just needed a minor resurface and that the brake pads were fine and definitely not cracked, plus they had well over 80% front and 50% rear remaining! Cost out the door was less that $400.00! The Service Writer (Vahe) started upselling service from initial contact. After refusing the service and refusing (and having the "free" multipoint inspection fee of $140 waived by the service manager, who tried to justify the charges as reasonable), I left. They also tried to rip me off for an exorbitant amount for fuel filters. Never again. Stay away from this dirty, low end dealership! More
Told service writer, Alex that my 2019 Ram windshield sprayer wasn't working. The quote to fix it was $572.93 I declined the repair. I was very unhappy with my service and unfortunately will not be returning. I came in for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Initially, Payman, the man who helped me was very abrasive not be returning. I came in for the first time for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Initially, Payman, the man who helped me was very abrasive about some miscommunication about what color my car was. I brushed it off however, I did not appreciate his tone or how he insisted in pointing put that I had told him my car was purple. After hours of service, i picked up my vehicle only to receive a note that the tire rotation was not completed due to a lug nut being stripped and needing to be broken. The car was in service from 9am-3pm, i was extremely disappointed that you all kept the car that long and it was not services completely. I would have expected a call to at least let me know why the rotation would not be completed or/if I was interested in the service being done at whatever cost. But instead this feels like a waste of my time. Lastly, typically when I have gotten my car serviced there is a car wash offered or complimentary. Again, the car having been in your possession that long i expected better. More
I went for an oil changed and dropped off my car before 9am. I called back 3:45pm and said my jeep will be ready in 15mins. No xxxx! They release my car at 4:30pm.
