I made an online appointment for service and was given a qoute of $220 for oil change service and cabin air filter exchange.. When I checked in the service advisor told me additional service was needed for qoute of $220 for oil change service and cabin air filter exchange.. When I checked in the service advisor told me additional service was needed for my Jeep because the car was eight years old. He said the sparkplugs need replacing, as did the engine belt. An AC coolant exchange was needed as was a brake fluid exchange. The price would now be over $2,000. I told him the car only had 23,814 miles on it and this seemed excessive. He said the mileage didn't matter, it was the age of the vehicle and "this is what we do". I called back later that day (2/15) to check on progress and was then told that I needed new shocks all around and the work would not be finished that day, but completed first thing in the morning. I called to check progress the next day at 11:45. I was told a part needed to be ordered and would arrive by 1:00. (left rear shock). Called back at 4:30 to find the wrong part was sent. The work would not be completed that day, because even though the part could be installed and alignment would be needed. This left me without a car and a pending business appointment. I was offered a car at 5:10 but it was too late to make that work. The next day I received a call at 11:45 that the right part had come in and the car ready to go after 2:00. After 3 days and $3,957 I picked up my car. In checking past records I found that a brake fluid exchange had ben done at 2,0859 miles. I felt ripped off at that point. My family owns an auto repair business in Chicago that has been there since 1941. One reason is they don't take advantage of our customers. I doubt you will be in business 20 years from now. More

Issues were resolved; However, the service took longer than anticipated; and communication was not very good. Dealer said they are "slammed" in the service department as the reason why the service took lo than anticipated; and communication was not very good. Really long hold on the phones; calls were not returned, etc. etc. If the service center is "slammed" the dealership and General Manager/Dealer Principal needs to figure this out - not me. More
