I bought new LED headlights for my Rubicon 2020 from parts department after they told me that this is plug and play meaning you remove the headlights install the new ones and you should be good to go af parts department after they told me that this is plug and play meaning you remove the headlights install the new ones and you should be good to go after you let the service department install the lights paying an arm and a leg but guess what it’s working fine but we do light message popping out saying the blinkers are not working they are working but working in a funny way faster than usual. I have no problem to continue modify as needed and paying the price but when I call and try to speak to my service advisor he’s not really cooperating I don’t wanna mention his name for now. The day I left my truck for diagnostic $220. They only fixed some recalls but the reset never was Done no indication why the problem we the light was on he only told me $7000. To start Armen didn’t want to give me any paperwork. Then decided nothing is wrong with my car but will order a new radio to fix mine. Checked with parts and it was never ordered. Don’t expect anyone going above and beyond to help you while you’re car is getting serviced. No loaner vehicles. Felt like the price they charged for my issue was over priced but since they charged my ext while you’re car is getting serviced. No loaner vehicles. They took my Ram in without question while traveling to LA due to an engine light issue. They were not able to resolve the issue with the warning light due to it going out during their diagnostics.
