Sales rep Vahe was rude calling me “Hun“ From the moment I walked in Vahe demeanor wasn’t welcoming. I had my rims fixed the day before because I am returning my lease my vehicle was return with scratches. I walked in Vahe demeanor wasn’t welcoming. I had pictures he kept saying one scratched was there in the picture and I told him I would agree but the others were not. Instead of bringing his supervisor he continued to be rude. I’m not sure why he’s in customer service. I will YELP about this experience and express to people how an employee can’t get a woman name right but rather call her “Hun”. Additionally, I was told my car would be ready in 1.5 hours instead at almost the 2 hour mark I had to remind him the status of my vehicle. His first response was has it been two hours, instead of sure miss let me look into it. He told me to go back and sit down and he’ll get back to me. That’s when he proceeded with this “Hey hun come here it’s ready.” I am not sure why men thinks it’s okay to call customers hun. He had enough time to check on my vehicle had he been working instead of being on his personal phone. Check your cameras. He’s busy to keep up with the status of customer vehicles but not busy for personal calls. I find it interesting that his name isn’t even listed on the service tech. More

My service advisor was Alex. Or Armen depending. And once we found each other he did an amazing job of taking care of my needs. I brought the car in Friday at 11 AM but I needed it for the weekend and he mad we found each other he did an amazing job of taking care of my needs. This dealership provided me with the worst customer service I have ever received from a car dealership. The staff is very rude, and acted as if I was putting some massive amount of stress on them by br service I have ever received from a car dealership. The staff is very rude, and acted as if I was putting some massive amount of stress on them by bringing my buisness to this location. Upon arrival at least 6 employees were sitting at their windows on their phones.. not one of them looked up to great me or offer assistance until I said "can I please have some help". I will never bring my vehicle to the Russell Westbrook location again. More
