I went in for my 60k tune up. The guy helping me, starts ringing it all in to get my quote. He tells me all these things that I "need" to get done. I explain that I just want the tune up and the clicking ringing it all in to get my quote. He tells me all these things that I "need" to get done. I explain that I just want the tune up and the clicking noise looked into. Turned out that the noise was a problem in the engine, which was still covered by the power train warranty. Cool! No not cool. They still charged me over $ 3,000 for a "tune up". After going over the bill, apparently a tune up is 900 dollars in parts and 2400 for labor. I won't be returning, now that all my warranties are expiring. I will take my risks at a normal mechanic. More

Payman has been a catalysts in bringing back a level of trust in the Chrylser service people that invoke a continuous of customer joy of owning the chryler brand of vehicle product inventory.
