Service dept employee was stating I needed multiple services that were not required including 4x4 service. My car is RWD… I instructed the svc. Dept. Employee to only perform the maintenance that is re services that were not required including 4x4 service. My car is RWD… I instructed the svc. Dept. Employee to only perform the maintenance that is required at 30K miles per the vehicle’s owner manual. SUGGESTING all this extra stuff is one thing but telling the customer their car “NEEDS” it is just dishonest and undermines the trust customer’s give. Their lack of honesty/competency has made me lose the ability trust this service dept. More
