The timeframe quoted for repairs was grossly off and the issue with my car was never even resolved. The service rep said he was going to test drive it to determine what was wrong but instead treated my bran issue with my car was never even resolved. Once I received my car back, all of the seats were reclined back and there were grease stains all over the leather. I also had a nail in the tire which required a complete replacement. I wouldn’t refer an enemy to this dealer. More

My car is taken in for a recall and it was kept for over a week with no updates or callbacks. I even went to the dealership to see what was going on with my car and the service department had already gone h a week with no updates or callbacks. I even went to the dealership to see what was going on with my car and the service department had already gone home today even though it had been calling them nonstop. When I arrived after the dealership, there was no apology. They just gave me a rental Car on the third day that it was in the shop and I appreciated that. But I didn’t like the fact that there was zero communication from when I turned in my car to when it was picked up. I’m sure everybody there ship is pretty thin but at least they text to let me know what the status was. It would have been nice. More
