Benny was very efficient, but I had to wait 30 minutes for service department to bring the car to me and that was after I had to wander around to the service dept to ask where it was. Well, for starters it would be nice if they explained things to you when you book the appointment like that it might take 2 to 3 days for diagnostics. Or that they plan on charging $220.
