Had a fuel filter leak on my 2021 Ram 1500 with about 5200 miles. Repair was under warranty, but rather than just changing out the o-ring which would have been the cheaper route, Armen had the whole asse 5200 miles. So alarmingly unprofessional. Was told the guy i charge of my car was busy but I got to the dealership and was told he was never there and called out sick. The show room is designed to look like a basket ball court with chain link fence around the waiting room. Loud rap music is playing in the dealership to the point where you have to raise your voice to talk to someone. The staff doesn’t wear masks even though LA has a mask mandate and they are dismissive of you. Not very confident in the “work” they did on my vehicle, took it to a mechanic and he is not happy with it. Just a really bad dealership it’s so much easier to buy your car or take your car somewhere else. More
