Unfortunately, I was greatly disappointed with my experience at this dealership. It was my first and most certainly my last. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at for a warranty issue a experience at this dealership. It was my first and most certainly my last. I scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at for a warranty issue and waited three weeks to get in. When I arrived to drop my car off at my appointment time, I was told I would need to leave it now overnight because they would no longer be able to work on it that day because they had a holiday party. I asked why I wasn't called or rescheduled given I drove 45 minutes in traffic to deliver my car and Vahe said "I didn't call anyone." He was unsympathetic, brash and worst off, did not even apologize for the inconvenience. He said well then I can get you in tomorrow morning if you want to come back. I then drove home another 45 mins to return the next day with my car, beyond frustrated. The next morning I arrived to drop my car off, Vahe went out to check it in and said we were all set so I left. Almost home, I receive a call that he did not get my key from me despite telling me we were all set so I AGAIN had to drive all the way back to the dealership to drop that off and go home. I dropped the car off at 830am, never heard a word (all that was being repaired was a faulty battery) to get a call at 5:15pm telling me my car was ready but that last pickup is 6pm (despite your service center being open until 7pm). I explained to the man that I live 45 mins away and it's rush hour traffic so I'll come now but I cannot guarantee I'll be there by 6pm given there was NO notice to any of this. I scrambled to get out of the house and go pick up my car. Upon arrival he handed me the keys without any information and when I pushed to ask about issues he was just short and said yes it was the battery. It was the most horrific and disrespectful experience I've ever had at a car dealership ever, and sadly it's hard to not think he was so flippant and disrespectful to me because I was a woman. There were never any apologies, accountability or anything for the entire experience and I would NEVER ever return here again. More
