I dropped my grand Wagoneer off for the recall to get serviced. After picking it up it still has the same issues it was recalled for and on top of that I had gotten it wrapped in a meticalic matt Grey th serviced. After picking it up it still has the same issues it was recalled for and on top of that I had gotten it wrapped in a meticalic matt Grey the weekend before dropping it off. The dealership actually scuffed my door panel. I am waiting for a response from the service manager to see how this is going to be resolved. I'm not too happy about having to go drop my car off to fix the same issue and be without my car again. More

Hector was my service manager and did a good job. But dealer charges ridiculous labor charges ($220hr) and insurance only covers $150hr.
