I was told my car was ready and when I pulled up to drive it away, all the dashboard indicators were still present and then the 2021 Jeep would not even start! They were able to accommodate me an appointment after the one I had placed via phone was not found in the system. Don’t bother calling for an appointment as it was the second time that they couldn’t find the one I had placed via phone was not found in the system. They took two days for the car to be ready which was fine by me. My only issue is that I had to call after my text messages were not responded to in order to see the status of my car. Took car in for coolant leak. Picked up car after water pump replacement. Car still was leaking. Took car back and they replaced thermostat. I asked service writer did they top off coolant? He said yes. Bu pump replacement. Car still was leaking. Took car back and they replaced thermostat. I asked service writer did they top off coolant? He said yes. But they did not. Light came on I had to add 1 1/2 gallons on the road. Also service writer said they did safety check and they marked the bill. Tire pressures were 24 lbs front and 25 lbs rear when door says 36PSI.
