Terrible. Payman (service person) was easily the most condescending service provider I have ever dealt with. In addition to being unpleasant and short with us, he was also not wearing a mask despite sig condescending service provider I have ever dealt with. Our family has been jeep owners for almost two decades and I can assure you that we will never be back here. For what it’s worth, the woman on the phone at the service center (name starting with an M) was very pleasant. As if the horrible customer service wasn’t bad enough, the service was also terrible. I came in with a dead battery and 20 miles later my battery died again. The dealership I took it to asked if I had attempted to fix the battery myself if was done so poorly. Having your car die two times in two weeks is far from convenient. Could not have been a worse experience. More

I took my car in to get serviced, and let them know what the issue was up front. I was charged $195 for a diagnosis, even though I knew what was wrong and then told that I had to leave my car to be serviced the issue was up front. I don’t have multiple cards and this did not work for me, I just paid the unnecessary diagnosis fee and proceeded to leave and then discovered that my phone holder had been broken. At this point I had already been charged, waited for their diagnosis, and was always disappointed with how I was not going to get my car fixed that day, just to get in my car and see that my property wasn’t even respected. I’ll never go back, I will eat the $195 I spent and take my business somewhere else, especially since my car is still under warranty. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dodger dealership. More
