Sher Ghilazi is the best! Sher Ghilazi was the best sales associate my father and I were lucky enough to work with on Monday. We had already stopped by another Jeep dealership where the sales associate wouldn't even unlock the doors of the cars we wanted to look at. Sher on the other hand went above and beyond. We were debating between the new Renegades and a Patriot and wanted to test drive both. Being new to Jeeps, I didn't know much about the different packages on each car so he was kind enough to explain what the difference between each model is. (Limited, Latitude,etc.) He not only let me test drive both but also had no problem letting my dad take both for a ride either. Unfortunately there were no known Patriots on the lot or in their system but Sher spotted one while we were looking at Renegades and ran back inside to grab the keys. Let's not forget to mention, it was over 95 degrees on Monday and Sher was running laps for us with no complaint. He noticed I was still unsure about the two and quickly realized what I preferred, he suggested I look at a Compass to compare the interiors. All three cars were literally on opposite ends of the lot and instead of making us walk in circles to compare them, quickly drove all three over to us and let me look at them next to each other. He wasn't pushy in any way and was so patient with me while my dad and I asked questions and went in and out of all three. Going from a sales associate who wouldn't even unlock the doors to one who brings the options to us AND lets me drive them all..amazing! Sher and his manager Eric were so kind and helpful and really were there to make sure we walk away with exactly what we came in for. I know have the most awesome, fully loaded, Jeep Patriot and after having done a bit more research after leaving CDJR of Van Nuys, they TOTALLY gave met the best deal around. None of this would have happened if it wasn't for Sher's patience, kindness and expertise. Thank you Sher!!! More

I just leased a brand new JEEP ALTITUDE from this dealership . My credit sucked, (not because I had debt) because I had no real credit history. I knew getting a car was going to be an issue, in addition to the f . My credit sucked, (not because I had debt) because I had no real credit history. I knew getting a car was going to be an issue, in addition to the fact that I am also self-employed. I knew I wanted a new JEEP, but didn't think it would be possible with the little I had to put down and the low monthly payment I was hoping for. My intention was to get a used Jeep Cherokee and build my credit from there. Once I met Israel, the salesperson at the dealership, I was overwhelmed by his genuine hospitality. I was exhausted from the day of searching for vehicles, getting absurd interest rates, and really appreciated his patience. After test driving the used jeep and going over my options Israel mentioned there was a possibility to get into something new. That is when I met his manager, JOE, who never gave me the "sales pitch" slime vibe that so many car dealers offer. These guys were genuine from the start and listened to my entire story about credit and work history. It was because they listened that they were able to make sense of the best way to structure a deal for me to get me approved. Which after a few days of back and forth with the bank, happened. Not only did it happen BUT it was a deal that was considerably less than I expected. These guys took the time to find exactly what I wanted and I felt went above and beyond to help me. It was more than getting a sale, it was about getting me satisfied. That's rare in this day and age and especially at dealers. My old jeep died at 208,000 miles and I am happy I stayed loyal by getting a new one and making new friends at this dealership! More
