During negotiations I was given the wrong explanation of numbers – at first I was told the down monthly payments and rates I was being presented included my trade-in and then I was told that it actually didn't include my trade-in. Then once I okayed the down payment and the monthly payment and terms I was in with the finance manager and he again told me a higher downpayment than what I had agreed to, so he had to go back to the paper I signed that had all of the terms and corrected himself. When I was about to drive my car off the lot I also noticed that two of my tired were missing the stem caps so they had to track down extra ones for me. I then checked my tired pressure after I left the lot and two of them (the ones that weren't missing their stem caps) had much lower tire pressure than the two that had missing stem caps – I believe they checked the pressure for only two of them and left the other two alone. More
