Everyone will try to squeeze as much money out of you as is humanly possible before making your head and wallet explode. The sales people at dealerships can make all the difference in the whole process. The sales people at Russel Westbrook made the difference for me. First time I went in I spoke with Edwin and, when I say he wasn’t pushy, I don’t mean not pushy for a car salesman, I mean not pushy at all. He was knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. They didn’t have the right car for me then so I kept looking everywhere for the next few weeks. Finally I found the car I wanted in Indio, 127 miles away. When I went in again I spoke with Kelli. Kelli went to bat for me like it was her job. Well, it was her job. But she had the patience of a saint as i hounded her with questions, and far more importantly, when I told her the deal I hoped to get, she didn’t try and talk me up, she got her manager and got me the deal on a car THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE. They showed me several cars and let me test drive around 8 cars then re-drive them. I thoroughly went through each one and it's features. I was there for hours and probably a huge pain. They couldn't have been more gracious and patient with me. I was impressed with their level of service and knowledge about each vehicle. I felt like I was in the right place. I am writing this review 1 year after my experience with Russell Westbrook because I wanted to see how my Jeep Compass was the right choice for me. Thanks to the guys at RW I have the best car I have ever had in my life, I love it and I don;t feel like I was sold short. So thanks guys! I highly recommend RW! More
