Mario also made us feel welcome which so many dealerships in town did not do. He knew his inventory and worked to actually tell us about the car we were looking at. He allowed me to take my time on the test drive. These things sound typical but trust me, we had run into so many car salespeople who did not want to work, knew nothing about their inventory and had no interest in selling us a car. Fantastic customer service indicating when vehicle would be ready to pick up and went above and beyond with helping with acquiring a permanent license plate. Bonus was they offer complimentary inspection, carwash AND Uber up to $15... I used that to make my way over to Starbucks and get some work done while I waited.
