Very frustrating and disappointed. Customer service is awful. Had to call corporate to get a response from the dealer. I was on hold for more than 25 minutes to simply be hung up on. Called again and they acted they could not hear me. Then customer rep answered and told me if I wanted a status of my car to go in person. What do we have phones for? I asked for her name and refused to give it to me. I had to go in person to try to get my car. They said it would be ready on a day, but called me that same day and ruined my plans. There’s no consistency, no communication skills in this dealer. I arrived home and realized they damaged my hood latch release wires. I spent an additional day trying to resolve that issue. Alex was caring and polite, but when trying to get an update, same thing happened, waited or got passed around. I would not be going here again. Very disappointing and discouraging. I would rather take my car for repair somewhere else. My family owns jeeps and won’t be returning here as well. Suggestion: employees should wear name tags. They lie about their names. More

I took my car in for a recall and never notified when it was ready for pick up, I also took my car in fresh out of the carwash which was a mistake because they returned it dirty with water Mark's and dirt and hand prints, being that this is a black car it is very noticeable . a complementary wash would have been nice but it was not offered or even done taking into consideration that it was clean when dropped off. Went in for a service and I had to wait for a bit. Israel came up to me and asked me if I been helped, he asked me if I was interested in a new model of my vehicle (Grand Cherokee) he introduced me to Dave Escobar which took me around their parking lot to view all the vehicles they had, he was very patient even under the 100 degree heat told me to take my time. They both did not try to pull any sales tactics or try to bamboozle me in anything I didn't want to do. The best part of it all I didn't think they could do what I asked for especially that I still had payments left on my 2014 Jeep. I had an amazing experience with the process and Eduardo did an amazing job prepping my new vehicle. I recommend Eduardo, Dave, and Israel if you are looking to do a purchase they will try to do anything in their power to make sure you are happy thru the process. More
