Easy to work with I was very pleased with how easy Russell Westbrook CDJR was to work with. We've had several poor car buying experiences in the past, so I was not exp I was very pleased with how easy Russell Westbrook CDJR was to work with. We've had several poor car buying experiences in the past, so I was not expecting much, but I left with my new car feeling pretty good. Nobody tried to hard-sell us and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of (some dealerships are so slimy!). If I'm in the market for another Dodge, which I may not be since they run forever, I will definitely come back here! More

They had a very positive attitude and the fact that they didn’t push me into buying a car right away set them aside from all the other dealerships. They allowed me to take my time to make sure I was picking the right car. They were also extremely helpful when it came to the actual car payments and worked with me to find the most comfortable plan for me. Chris (sales man) , (Andres, and all the other members from financial and other departments) were extremely nice. My experience was what made me want to buy a car from them. Customer service is so important to me and I can vouch and recommend my friends and family there. More

Overall good experience Salesman Pouria Deilamy was very friendly, helpful, and diligent, and worked very hard to find a color / trim level we wanted (Ram) -- within their ~3 Salesman Pouria Deilamy was very friendly, helpful, and diligent, and worked very hard to find a color / trim level we wanted (Ram) -- within their ~3 storage lots. Disappointed they didn't have the specific truck advertised on the web (that attracted us): we wound-up buying a higher-priced trim package -- which we like -- but would have been disappointing had we been stuck at our price point. At crunch / negotiation time: we got various stories re the warranty detail, and the "minimum add-on's" we had to buy to get all the various discounts etc. (Industry wide: we wish clear pricing and terms could be stated -- on the web, on the phone, and at the dealership. On that topic: Before finding Westbrook CDJR for this truck, we had an AWFUL experience at the CDJR dealership we had purchased from before, in Huntington Beach.) The contracts gent was also a real pro. Pouria and other folks worked late into the night to deliver us the truck that same night. Re the truck (new-design Ram 1500): we had one anomaly in which the 4 rear license plate LED lights would NOT turn off, but that finally cleared after a couple weeks.) Gorgeous truck! More

Bad Experience Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an Organization was bad. Had requested a loaner/rental in advance. Dropped off and and no car available with enterprise partner not open yet. Offered an uber to work and another back to pick up a rental. When offered the above i asked if they needed the car overnight and was told yes. It was done the same day. Normally a great surprise but wouldn’t have wasted my lunch coming back for a rental had i known. Came to pick my car up and the dept was a zoo. Someone other than my advisor got my car and handed me a receipt. No “inspection results” provided. Car comes around and has had a terrible “wash” that left it looking worse than it started. Honestly - just dont do it if this is the outcome. The worst part? Later realizing half the contents of my center console are under my drivers seat instead of in the console where i left them. Also was not happy the bag of coins for meters had been emptied out for me. More
