Service center is a mixed bag. I noted a warning light appearing on my dash, was told I "probably hit a button or something". Had to double check when I picked up my car if it was resolved or even looked at, got a flippant response. It is still not resolved. I would like to know my concerns are addressed and if not, the steps I need to take to address them. Preferably by someone who is able to maintain a professional and civil tone. I constantly receive automated texts, and the information in them does not seem to be connected or communicated to an actual human. I'm not sure if this is what is causing this disconnect, but ultimately both the automated and human side of this dealership could be better. More
