I went to Van Hyundai Dealership service center / department to get the routine maintenance done for my 2023 Palisade and most importantly get the pump recall done. I was sure to ask about the recal department to get the routine maintenance done for my 2023 Palisade and most importantly get the pump recall done. I was sure to ask about the recall before and the staff assured me it would be done. On 11/10/23 when I went they only did the maintenance and said they ordered the part and will call me when I can comeback for the recall. Two months later and I called them to see what the hold up was and service department says they don't do that I need to talk to parts and parts said oh yeah we have some you need to talk to service to schedule an appt. I do not recommend this service team / process to anyone. 😡 More

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Van Hyundai. After negotiating a price for a vehicle, I scheduled an appointment with Heatherrose Nicewander, expecting a straightforward transaction Hyundai. My family and I drove for an hour in the rain, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism and a lack of respect for client's time and written agreement. Upon arrival, Heatherrose was nowhere to be found, and we were passed off to another agent to start the paperwork. After we spent half an hour completing financing forms, Heatherrose finally made an appearance. She cavalierly mentioned she was busy as a successful manager and announced an additional $500 charge to our agreed price, citing her earlier oversight regarding the car's color – despite our written agreement confirming the price. This was just the beginning of our troubles. After we highlighted our written agreement, Heatherrose left, promising to return shortly but never did. In her place, the other agent returned, this time with an even more shocking update: the price had been increased by over $1000. This was not just unprofessional, but it felt like a deliberate deception. What's more, when I sought a simple apology from Heatherrose for this unacceptable behavior, she refused to face us, hiding in her office without offering any explanation. The agent who was with us did apologize for the sudden price hike, acknowledging the direct breach of trust, cheating their clients in their face and damaging their own reputation. Feeling deeply let down, we left Van Hyundai and purchased our vehicle from another Hyundai dealer, where we received the professional and honest service we expected from Hyundai. More

If you’re gonna buy a Hyundai, there is only one dealership in Dallas to go to. It’s Van Hyundai. Interaction with the service advisor was horrible. Left voice mails that were never returned. Car was finally ready several days after the initial estimate, and then I only found out it was done bec Left voice mails that were never returned. And then I found out with only an hour to get there before the dealership closed. With the customer facing side being so bad, I have to admit it makes me worry about the quality of the repair. If one thing is bad, who knows what else is bad? No problems on the drive home. Hope this doesn't fail on me in the middle of a big trip this week. I will probably never set foot in this dealership again if I have a choice. More
