You can tell that Van Hyundai is focused on building relationships with everybody that walks through the door. Anthony Sales was our sales person. He made us feel right at home and made the whole car buying experience one I'll always remember. He took the time to walk us through the entire car to make sure we knew everything about it. I believe that we were very fortunate to have him as a "salesman". By the time we left Van Hyundai, we were part of the family. I was very impressed with the care and concern that Van Hyundai showed me. I went to the dealership at the behest of my daughter who bought a leased Sonata from them. I was happy with the 2004 Beetle that I had. However, the service was so wonderful and the price was right so sure enough after about 4 hours I was the proud owner of a brand new Elantra. Van Hyundai was the first Hyundai dealership I went to in the DFW and ended up being where purchased my vehicle. When I came in to test drive a 2012 Elantra for the first time, they respected that I was onl the DFW and ended up being where purchased my vehicle. After a few weeks of visiting/calling/emailing every dealership in the DFW area, being jerked around and lied to, I finally came back to Van Hyundai. (My hesitancy came from lack of stock and had nothing to do with the amazing customer service I recieved throughout my car shopping experience). Anthony Salas was with me every step of the way and went out of his way to get me what I wanted. Unlike other dealerships, Anthony was in constant contact with me-checking in to see how my search was going and making every possible effort to get me in a vehicle. I never felt uncomfortable or on edge at Van Hyundai-I'd say these guys are are honest as you'll find in the area and they really are concerned with providing absolute customer satisfaction. Pricing was fair but the outstanding customer service was what won me over. Car was delivered clean and in a timely manner. Van Hyundai's ultimate focus is on customer satisfaction from the sales department, financing, and servicing. As a first time buyer I was very wary about the traps of buying a new car but I am glad I was able to give my business to Van-they truly earned it.
