Promise time of car was 2 1/2 hours, didn't hear from anyone for 3 days when I had to call. Which calling and dealing with the receptionist was also terrible. Transfers you back to Service, where no one anyone for 3 days when I had to call. Which calling and dealing with the receptionist was also terrible. Transfers you back to Service, where no one answers, bounces back to receptionist who doesn't say anything, just bounces you back to service where again, no one answers, bounces back to receptionist who then hangs up on you. Car went in for one thing, came out with a whole different issue because of their carelessness and now it's my fault to pay to fix it, when it was never an issue to begin with, until it's been weeks in their control. No phone calls get returned and if they have, no messages have ever been left. I will take my car sales, service, and recommendations elsewhere. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. Walking into Van Hyundai I was skeptical, because my past experience of purchasing a vehicle had been comparable to getting a root canal....the professionals at Van Hyundai were nothing short of amazing! He provided candy gallore and entertainment to keep the kids occupied in addition to the reassurance that the deal will get done.
