I found this car that i was interested in on "autotrader.com" and called up the dealership where the car was. Mike Abelino answered the phone and was very friendly and courteous. When i told him that i don't have a vehicle to drive down to the dealership, he promptly offered to come and pick me up saying that a taxi ride would cost me a lot. It was not an expensive car(just under 10K), but the treatment i got was as though i was buying the most expensive car in their showroom. They were also very efficient with their paper work and i went from a walk-in to a car owner in less than 2 hours !!!. It was easy to deal with them and i compare my experience with a Mercedez dealership few days ago. Folks at Mercedez were not easy to deal with and it was painful to even negotiate a simple $500 reduction and it took weeks. That's when i gave up and decided on Hyundai. The Hyundai car i purchased was in immaculate condition and i'm happy owning the car from a trusted and good dealership. If you ever get a chance to be at Van Hyundai, ask for Mike (as he says it - he is the only Mike there :), one of a kind )) More
