After multiple messages left for Betsy Perkins, the woman who issued the check, I've decided to let the State Attorney General's office handle it because it seems like shady business practices to me. If you can't trust a dealership to give you $5 that you're owed, do you really think you can trust them with your next car purchase? I'll let you decide for yourself, but I won't be returning. More
