Service department poorly managed First off don't expect loaners even when the part is on back order for days and have to contact a regional manager to finally get a car and stop havin First off don't expect loaners even when the part is on back order for days and have to contact a regional manager to finally get a car and stop having coworkers drive you to and from work for a wheel speed sensor being ripped out when making a u-turn. Took it in for service in July for Full Syn. Oil change and rotation. Tires weren't rotated as well as delivered after promised time. Car fax states only was washed and detailed at service................... Will be exploring other dealers in the metro-plex despite living a block away from here More
