I had purchased or leased my p This was my fifth consecutive Hyundai auto purchase, and Lou Margetis at Van Hyundai made it the most pleasant of all. I had purchased or leased my past three cars at Huffines Hyundai in Plano, and went there tire kicking a week prior. I was met with high pressure tactics and literally chased to my car by both salesman and sales manager when I wasn't ready to close. I am a straight commissioned salesman and learned many years ago that those tactics do not produce lasting relationships with customers. From the very outset, Lou did his job very well. He took the time to not only qualify me as a buyer, but to begin the building of a friendship and long term relationship. I will return there, and will certainly refer my friends to Lou when they indicate a desire to buy a new car. More

After a truly awful experience the week before, my wife and I tried again last Friday at Van Hyundai in Carrollton Texas. What we experienced there renewed our faith in car dealership caring, courtesy and good old fashioned customer service! Everyone was truly awesome from our first phone contact, to our salesman Lou, and culminating with Thomas, as he cheerfully completed our paperwork, even as the hour drew very late. The focus was certainly on us with a sincere desire by all to make the best possible deal for car and financing!
