My sales Rep was Juan and although he was very respectful and friendly he was very uneducated on the vehicle I was interested in, he provided me false information on what the vehicle was equipped with. Also he wasn’t very confident in the answers he provided. I also don’t believe he was fighting hard enough to get me to the price I was seeking. Darius-Sales manager, again although he was very respectful and friendly he wasn’t 100% honest with me on a lot which I had my liable sources that prove his dishonesty. For one I have my main credit locked and I received an alert on my phone that there was an attempt to run my credit and he came back trying to give me a bogus rate to beat my banks rate. Only .09% less LOL, who gave you permission to run my credit or try? He tried to use the excuse of “oh well your credit is immaculate so it wouldn’t hurt anyway if we did.” Not “if you did”, YOU DID! Is that your choice to make? No, I’m the customer, you don’t make those choices on my credit. Rick-Finance manager was the one, according to Darius, that .09% was coming from Rick. Anyway, I also had discussed why I’m paying $999 for a tint that wasn’t even applied yet, basically they said the charge can’t be removed, whatever. I schedule to come in today 11 Feb 2022 0830-0900 for the tint, had a text conversation with Juan the day prior. I arrive to find out he’s not coming in until noon? The failure to communicate that to your customer that you won’t be present after telling them to come in at a certain time is unprofessional. I get assisted by another staff member named Jelon (Lon), I asked that the tint be at the legal limit, which is what I discussed with Juan (with no definitive answer yet upon my arrival). I paid $999 for this tint (ridiculous) so I don’t see why the tint I’m requesting would be far fetched to accommodate. Lon says it’s the basic tint anything more would be extra. EXTRA?! I’m already paying $1k all I’m asking is for LEGAL LIMIT TINT in front. I asked for a store manager Fabian, he corrected the misunderstanding and told Lon limo in back and legal limit in front. I get my keys back and the tint with the exception of the front doors looks exactly the same. I come back in and get with Lon and he brings Tommy- Tint tech, “nobody told me to put tint on the back because it comes already tinted.” Not surprising with the experience I’ve had. Jelon stepped in and said it was written on notes. I have the keys back so they can apply what I asked for. This dealership is completely uncoordinated and the sales staff needs to do better with keeping customer in the loop and being transparent and providing accurate information in a timely fashion. Be honest with yourselves you don’t deserve anything higher than 1 star the customer is supposed to leave your business satisfied and not toyed with and misinformed even after a purchase. Enjoy the hold back $ you earned and the commission on all the trumped up charges I wasn’t aware of. Hopefully you’re business will get better stars in the future, by the looks of it you’re not doing too well with your PUBLIC RELATIONS. More

Quite honestly I have never been more embarrassed in my life. I brought a trade it and got it detailed and everything just for them to basically say I should go somewhere else because I couldn’t afford the life. She has had it for only 2 months. We have been back and forth to the dealership with no luck. We were originally told by Eaman that if we had any problems to bring the car back up to dealership since we paid for extendedwarranty. Well we have done that, and now we are being referred to the Chevy dealership because Hyundai as thrown in the towel. Well Chevy just named off 7 problems adding up to $2000 dollars. What a mess. I will never purchase another car from here and I will never waste money on a used car again! More

Walked into the customer center and wasn’t acknowledged for almost 5minutes. I was directed to Louis to show me the car I wanted, which had no gas in it, so we didn’t take it on the highway. Proceeded to be told I wouldn’t qualify for a loan over and over until they filled out the application and guess what I qualified. Louis continuously didn’t hear anything I said, about not buying the car and I just wanted to know if I qualified or not. At the end, I asked if I could have the financing sheet to have the price, and they said I couldn’t because I wasn’t buying. Awful service, rude people, awful experience. Do not recommend this dealer to my worst enemies. More
I received a quote from this dealer with $4,999 of unwanted options added to the car. They were not willing to remove them. I chose to go with another dealership and got the exact same car without the unwanted options added to the car. They were not willing to remove them. Avoid this place like the plague. They lie to you and even when they claim to fix the lie they will lie to you again. I purchased an Elantra in from Van in October 2020. The car is running completely fi even when they claim to fix the lie they will lie to you again. I purchased an Elantra in from Van in October 2020. The car is running completely fine, they did not lie about the vehicle. They lied to me about the service and maintenance of it following the purchase. When I bought the car I was promised free oil changes as part of their Maintenance Program (for like 3 years/36,000 miles), at any Hyundai dealership. I was clear in if this applied to just theirs or any. They were abundantly clear, it was ANY dealership. That turned out to be a lie, my car did not qualify for that program. So once I found that out the Fixed Operations Director (who does not work there anymore) offered me free oil changes at Van, but also included free loaners and valet to my work (in Plano). So they would come pick up my car in Plano and leave me a loaner. Turns out there is not valet employed at Van, also the valet only goes within 5 miles of the dealership if they had one. Loaners are booked out for 4-5 months. All of this is only if you are able to get someone to answer a phone or call you back at this dealership. They sold me a great car but has not followed up with any promises that was a big reason I purchased the car, was for the maintenance program and convenience of getting those benefits at another Hyundai dealership significantly closer to my home and work. More
My daughter went in to purchase a Kia Telluride TODAY. She is 22 years old an RN and pregnant. This dealership took advantage of her 100%. She was told the car was 45,000 out the door just to get home and find out that she was financing 54,000 dollars. They included 10,000 in warranties she did not ask for. Shame on this place for doing this to her. She called the salesman back tonight and he would not speak to her. She will be up there first thing Monday morning for this dealership to DO THE RIGHT THING. If they choose not to do the right thing, we have an attorney to help with that. This was her first car buying experience and some xxxx too advantage of her. He told her she had to give him a thousand dollars down on the car or he could not help her at all. As a parent I am furious. DO THE RIGHT THING! HIS NAME IS RAHIM! SHAME ON YOU RAHIM! SHAME!!!!!! More
