Worst experience ever buying a car. Dealer so called pre sold me a car that never showed up. After I already signed the paperwork on the car, and never once called and let me know the c Dealer so called pre sold me a car that never showed up. Absolutely no customer service. Fast forward 1 week and 780 miles later, the check engine light comes on on the car and I call the dealership. Their response is can’t get an appointment to look at the car for 16 days. Just keep driving it nothing will happen is what they said. Called the salesmen that sold me the car, and he said he will call me back. Still haven’t herd nothing in 2 hours from the time I called. DO NOT buy a car from this dealership you like customer service as there is none here. I would rate this dealership with a 0 star rating. More

I purchased Zaktek paint protection along with my vehicle. I took off work to get a due application which takes 3 to 4 hours, sometimes longer if done correctly, and it was. It looked great. I let them know that I dont have the luxury of taking off work to get this done again. They offered to pick it up and get it done this time. I appreciated that, but my vehicle was brought back 2 hours later with dirt spots on it that was already on the vehicle. It didn't look washed much less adding the Zaktek application. My vehicle was ony gone 2 hours. It's a 40 to 50 minute drive round trip from my job. This means that only an hour or less, if any time was spent on my vehicle. This makes me feel like they are trying to take advantage of me but it's not going to happen! More

I was told that Chris would call me when my car was ready. I walked to downtown to get exercise. I walked back and my car was not ready. I just wish I had called to ask Mr. Pittman when my car would be ready. I would not have come back if I had been given a business card by the other Adviser because Mr. Pittman was not there. When he returned to his office I saw him but didn’t that was my service adviser. When he got off the phone I told him I was needing an update of my car. He said the oil and tire rotation were complete. I had another hour and a half for the recall to be completed. So I sat and waited. I will say I finally got a business card from Mr. Pittman. I am not mad but as a retired scheduler of timing a job process I would have a better procedure flow. Mr Pittman could have been told that I was back. The cashier desk never called him to tell him who I was. No one noticed me. Not the first adviser who didn’t get off the phone to tell me to sit down in his office and I waited 30 minutes to give him my car key. My appointment was at 1pm. More
