A few weeks ago I traded in my 2018 Lexus NX300H for a 2023 Hyundai Palisade Limited with Van Hyundai and had a fantastic experience. My salesman, Eaman Shirazian, was highly knowledgeable about the deale 2023 Hyundai Palisade Limited with Van Hyundai and had a fantastic experience. My salesman, Eaman Shirazian, was highly knowledgeable about the dealership’s inventory and the model being sold in spite of the fact that the vehicle was a brand new model year that had just been released a few weeks prior. He walked me through all of the features of the vehicle and answered every question that I had. I had a completely opposite experience when purchasing my Lexus through Park Place in Plano where my salesman was unenthusiastic and couldn’t answer any of my questions about my vehicle. I left the dealership not knowing about many of the features my Lexus had and had to research it all on my own. Additionally, after driving my Hyundai for a few weeks I’m continuously blown away by how luxurious my vehicle is and how technologically advanced all of the features are in comparison to the Lexus brand in general. I was worried that the drive wouldn’t be as smooth as it was with my Lexus, but I’m continuously blown away by the smooth and quiet drive of my Hyundai as well as all of the safety features. My appointment with Eaman was set for 5:00 PM on a Thursday. At the time the appointment was set, the specific vehicle I was in search of was not available at the dealership. I was expecting to come and check out colors, features, and to test drive a previous model so I brought my 6 year old daughter with me. The dealership received a shipment right before my appointment and I ended up falling in love with one that had just been unloaded. Eaman helped me through the purchasing process and helped keep my 6 year old entertained until after 8:00 PM. Anyone with a 6 year old knows that this is an absolute feat 😂. My daughter drew several pictures for him and he hung them up on his bulletin board which was so special to her and meant a lot to me! Because it was later in the evening when my purchase was completed, we set an appointment to pick up my vehicle at 12:00 sharp on Friday afternoon. Eaman made sure that my vehicle was the first to be processed and helped us unpack my Lexus that was filled to the brim with two adults, two kids, our Australian Shepherd, and our luggage and transfer everything comfortably to our new Palisade which we immediately drove (very comfortably for the first time!) to Austin to visit family. Since my purchase was completed, Eaman has checked in several times and asks about my daughter Sterling every time. The amount of care that Eaman put into the sales process completely blows other experiences I’ve had out of the water. My daughter asks regularly when we can come back to visit Eaman because “he’s so nice and has great snacks”! I could not recommend Van Hyundai and Eaman Shirazian more! More
Would not recommend shopping here. I used their website to ask about test driving a specific Santa Fe. I was connected to a salesperson, made an appointment for 2 days later. When I showed it it was clear that he had double booked appointments, fine that happens. But he couldn’t remember which car we wanted to drive. I reminded him. He said the car wasn’t ready and had us drive a different Santa Fe (a 2023 with less features, that he keep telling me was “almost the same car”). We we went on the test drive alone (perfect) so that he could get the other car ready and meet with his other appointment. When we got back the car we came to drive still was not ready. Then we were informed that the online information about the one Santa Fe we drove 45 minutes to purchase was wrong. And that the Santa Fe we were there to see was a service loaner and he wasn’t sure if he could sell it because it had 3,000 miles on it and it’s a 2022 and they are selling 2023s now. But he would sell us the other one we drove at the same price (which was more than its sticker price). Our trip to Van Hyundai was a complete waste of time. Im extremely disappointed in their bait and switch practices. More

Since she made the sale . She doesn’t have time.. we were thinking of purchasing another car next year. But we will go somewhere else .’and we will not recommend Van Hundai . More
We took interest in a Hyundai Elantra here listed for 13,295 and arranged the test drive. Car was great, manager would sell for 16k including TT&L. Okay, that's roughly $1,600 more than the online price but we wanted the car. My personal bank wouldn't approve an auto loan due to it's year model but could do a personal loan at 9.99%. Stating they could do better, we agreed to allow them to get financing. Nine hard inquiries to my husband's credit only to come back with an interest rate higher than the personal loan at 10.2%. We checked with USAA (husband's bank) and received approval 5.6% lower than the dealer's offer. Upon sharing that information and wishing to use our own financing with Laura our salesperson, she immediately stammered that the 16K price was only for in-house financing. Then she proceeded to explain how she wanted payment on the deal by the end of the month and USAA uses a process too lengthy for that to happen. Only 5 days left in the month so I spoke with USAA and was assured that they submit the payment electronically as soon as paperwork is received(faxed). At this point I didn't know if the price was going to change so we couldn't finish the loan set up completely. I sent texts to Laura regarding my call with USAA and offered to do paperwork ahead of the vehicle being ready only to be left on "read". She never responded. We purchased with a different dealer the next day. A dealer who was more than happy to accept a USAA loan payment and had no problems with there being only 4 days left in the month. Even Thanked my husband for his service! I did appreciate Sean, a manager trying to make it right when we returned for our deposit. He too seemed baffled as to why we were treated that way. Unfortunately for them it was a little too late....Laura did try to text after the fact and say she didn't see the messages however her read receipt was on and she read them within 10 minutes of receiving the messages.
