We had a good experience at Van Hyundai. Everyone was very nice and professional. They got us into the vehicle. We wanted at the price that we needed to be. Laura did a great job as our sales person and our finance manager, Eaman, stayed late into the night to help us get the paperwork done so that we can get the car same day we purchased it. I also wanna mention Jordan Fuller who was our first contact. He’s just getting started there, but has a great personality and is a great guy. He’s just getting started, but I think he’ll have a bright future there. Overall we recommend Van Hyundai. More
I am living near this dealer. However, I did not buy my 2022 Tusan Hybrid from this dealer because the deal was not clear and more expensive compare to other dealer,,. Since the dealer moved a new location, I wanted to see any better service. On Aug 13th 2024, I made an appointment to fix the tire pressure sensor, previously caused and issued by this dealer. I waited about one and half hour. The service man, Bryce Winfrey, come to me saying "It will be covered under the warranty when you come back tomorrow". So, the next day I went back to the service center. The service person told me that the service fee is about $360.00 to fix the sensor. I was so surprised by,, because there was no sensor issue until I visited and replaced a tire at this service center. Why then yesterday, the service center held my car one and half hour?? and do nothing?? Now changing the words and charging the service fee?? Is this a way for doing business?? So, I wanted to talk to the manager but the manager was gone. I left the service center and never want to go there again. More

Later I find out they charged $195 extra compared to what we agreed to. Later when I asked about it got to know that is for car paint protection which they never told me. and height is, accessories includes a security device which is not required for Hyundai Palisade, when I asked to give me security device details which I paid for dealership is denying that I paid. I called several times / mailed a few times to resolve or at least get a clarification, but they are avoiding. I will recommend to avoid this dealer or bi vigilant in the calculation which they are not transparent. More
