I went in to test drive a vehicle for my daughter. After test drive they brought me the price that was $9,000 over the advertised price. After telling them I was done multiple times I had to scream at them to get them away from me and my daughter so we could leave. Complete waste of time. More

It’s now been over three weeks—and we have received zero communication, zero follow-up, and absolutely no resolution. This is completely unacceptable. After spending thousands on a new car, I expected professionalism, honesty, and at the very least, basic follow-through. Instead, what I got was a total lack of accountability from both the sales and service departments. They’ve ignored my calls, ignored my messages, and repeatedly promised to “get back to me”—but never do. I even went in person to try to get help, and all I got were blank stares and excuses like “we don’t know.” Not a single person seemed interested in helping or resolving the issue. It’s clear that once the sale is complete, you no longer matter to them. Failing to deliver something as simple and standard as a second car key—which should have been taken care of immediately—shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. The way I’ve been treated has been insulting and incredibly disappointing. If you’re thinking about buying from this dealership, ask yourself: Do you want to be treated like this after the sale? Because once they have your money, you’re on your own. Take your business somewhere that values its customers. More
