Was an unbelievable car buying experience. They were not pushy or inconsiderate. I drove up from Milwaukee, because I was sick of dealing with the dealerships that were in Milwaukee. Theo answered every single one of my questions/concerns. There was no trickery or haggling. The car was so incredibly priced, I couldn't even argue it. If I ever buy another car, I will come back because their selection was unbelievable and competetively priced. Definately got several future buyers (i.e. my parents and sister) based on the prices, selection, and customer service. More
I have been trying to buy a Hyndai Sonata but had a hard time finding an honest salesperson and dealership. I tried two that were much closer to our home but could not do business with them. My third try I called Hyundai Fond du Lac and spoke with Kevin. He went out of his way, professionally and courteously from that moment until the time our car drove off the lot. No hidden fees, no lowballing on our trade, noplaying games and wasting our time. The finance department was a pleasure to work with. I heard several times, what do yo need and what can we do. Outstanding. This is our 4th new Hyundai purchase and all we needed was a dealership that we could trust. More

Pleasant waiting room w/snacks and beverage- no waiting for service- immediate check-in. Service writer explained what was done. My salesman greeted me by name when I saw him in the showroom and asked how for service- immediate check-in. Service writer explained what was done. This was my first oil change for my new Tucson. It was a "free" service when used with the certificate my salesman gave to me when I purchased the vehicle. The car was washed and interior remained clean and as I left it when the service was complete.An overall good experience. More

* Sales Manager too high pressure with Initial on wanting to buy. Big turn off. * Interest not what promised, quoted 2.75 - 2.8 was 3.1something * Only one key and remote, found me a second remote but had to buy. It was not and had to wait to long. * Car pulled to the left had to come in and get corrected. Initial Sales Manager I spoke with did not handle well. You got a car sale but did not gain a customer or referrals(my family are big Hyundai purchasers, all over a few hundred dollars and under "delivering". You did not find out what this customer wanted and what was important to me. Rather you ran me through YOUR system. I am low service customer and your system made for a poor experience. I purchase a car every two year and did not have an overall good experience. More
