My experience dealing with Van Horn dealership and working with Kevin was an absolute joy. Not only did Kevin help me out with the vehicle I need, but he traveled with me to get it. He was very patie working with Kevin was an absolute joy. Not only did Kevin help me out with the vehicle I need, but he traveled with me to get it. He was very patient with me, but also sped up the process to get me out of there timely knowing I had other plans that day. The whole dealership, including Kevin, were just wonderful. They gave me what I wanted for my trade in, which was very important to me. They helped and worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. I've worked with other dealerships that did not do that!! I was very pleased!! I even left a CD in my trade in and Kevin graciously mailed it back to me. I can't say enough of the service I received. Not only did I get a good Vehicle, I got great Customer Service. Can't wait to see a dealership in Green Bay!!! More

I had been looking for a used van to replace my Explorer. I had done numerous searches on the Internet looking for a deal. I found a van I was interested in at Van Horn. I sent an email to them looking to ge I had done numerous searches on the Internet looking for a deal. I found a van I was interested in at Van Horn. I sent an email to them looking to get a ballpark figure for my vehicle before stating what I wanted. Kevin emailed back several times and was able to do that for me without seeing my vehicle. I then found another dealership closer to home and got the same type of estimate. I found a similar van on their lot as I was leaving. When I called them back to inquire, the salesperson was not as enthusiastic about me deciding to buy used instead of new. In the meantime, I had emailed Kevin and let him know I found something similar close to home for the same price and wondered what we could do. He actually called me within the hour to talk about the differences in vehicles. I talked with some family members and discussed my options. Kevin called back a few more times to see if I wanted to come up, test drive it, etc. The other dealership never called even though they had my number. When I got to Van Horn, Kevin was there waiting and we were able to negotiate a very fair trade in value for my vehicle and a very fair 'out the door' price on the van. I've only had it for a few days but I enjoy driving it and the whole family is very happy with it. I would definitely go back to Van Horn and would recommend Kevin as a salesperson. More
Brandon was very professional and went out of his way to accommodate my requests. I asked him if I could take the car to my mechanic in Milwaukee for the better part of a day to have him check the car out. accommodate my requests. His competitor down the street (that also had a similar car for sale) flat out refused to let me take the car to my mechanic in Milwaukee. Brandon was very open and fair during the negotiations. I think he has a great career ahead of him! More
We bought a 2012 Santa FE. We are pleased with the vehicle, and very pleased with the service. My husband and I worked with Theo Strong. He was very professional and knowledgebale about the inventory at the dealership. Kevin was very helpful, but not very knowledgeable about the vehicle or leasing a vehicle. He admitted that ours was the first lease he had done. We are very happy with the car, and basically sold it ourselves as we did most of the research on-line. We had to ask for information and forms for the Blue Link. We did agree to go over the features ourselves at home. More
The price on the car I purchased was great, and I got what I wanted for my trade-in but that's where it ended. The finance department took over 2 weeks to get my loan straightened out, claiming they were what I wanted for my trade-in but that's where it ended. They also needed me to intervene in getting the payoff of my previous car handled, and what was troubling is this was nearly 1.5 months after the sale was completed. Being that I purchased my car late in the evening after a long day, I left my garage door opener in my trade-in. They offered to send it back to me, but used a courier service and provided no address on the label. It look a week to get to me, and I had to chase down the driver. I'm happy with the deal I got but would not go back based solely on my experience. More
