He was very knowledgable with all the vehicles we were interested in. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. We were looking at leasing a Hyundai Accent or Elantra. I told Kelly we would have a trade in, and she directed us to Aaron Collar. Aaron worked his numbers so that we could afford a new car. After the offer was given to us, we then went to other dealerships in our area, and not one could match what Van Horn offered us. We ran back to talk to Kelly, and Aaron, to sign the deal. I wasnt going to write on here, but I did want future car buyers out there to know you really don't have to shop around. If it helps you sleep at night, then go ahead with your research. We found it was just a waste of time and gas. Thanks Van Horn for putting me in my Hyundai Elantra, you have earned my buisiness. Love the car. More

Dealing with Brandon and the Van Horn Fond du lac crew takes what would normally be an all-day ordeal at another dealer and turns it into a more pleasurable and positive experience. I had my 5 year old boy with me when I purchased this new 2012 Santa Fe and can't say enough about the experience. I will be going back to Van Horn Hyundai again even though there are other closer dealerships and Van Horn of Fond du lac is 45 minutes to and hour away. Was an unbelievable car buying experience. They were not pushy or inconsiderate. I drove up from Milwaukee, because I was sick of dealing with the dealerships that were in Milwaukee. Theo answered every single one of my questions/concerns. There was no trickery or haggling. The car was so incredibly priced, I couldn't even argue it. If I ever buy another car, I will come back because their selection was unbelievable and competetively priced. Definately got several future buyers (i.e. my parents and sister) based on the prices, selection, and customer service. More
Over all Theo did a fine job. When we couldn't come to terms at first we all stuck strong and came to a compromise that worked for the dealership and us. My wife and I also ran into a Sales person at a resturaunt and his praise for the store alone was reason to at least give them a chance. I will recomend Van Horn Hyundai to others. Pleasant waiting room w/snacks and beverage- no waiting for service- immediate check-in. Service writer explained what was done. This was my first oil change for my new Tucson. It was a "free" service when used with the certificate my salesman gave to me when I purchased the vehicle. The car was washed and interior remained clean and as I left it when the service was complete.An overall good experience. More
