the main complaints that my husband and I have is first the length of time it took to get my new car. first we were told a few days and it ended up being three weeks. during that time we considered cancell the length of time it took to get my new car. first we were told a few days and it ended up being three weeks. during that time we considered cancelling the order. we were told by Aaron we would be compensated for the wait but that did not happen. then when we got the call that the car had arrived by the time we got to the dealer and saw Aaron he was about to leave so we felt that the whole final buying of our new car was very rushed.In fact Aaron left and handed us over to Kevin who was dealing with something or someone else and really did not have the time for us in our opinion. Both sales men were very nice and when we saw Tim in the financing he was also very nice but could not help us with any of the questions on compensation as that was between us and Aaron. Overall we do love our car and are very happy with it, however we had been looking at a 2013 Malibu at our local dealer. the benefits there would have been a dealer right in our town (we live in Columbus) and they offer free oil changes for the lifetime that you own the vehicle.We came to the Fon Du lac dealership on the recommendation of a neighbor who also told us about a $500 referal which we were not told about. lastly when we got the car home my husband noticed some scratches under the front bumper which looked like had been made when the car was loaded onto the trailer when it was being delivered. he called and left a message with Aaron to tell him about that and the compensation we have owned our car for 2 weeks now and have not heard from him. Tom worked very well with my mother and I when we were purchasing our vehicle, he knowledgeable with the vehicles, and walked us through from looking at the vehicle, to taking the vehicle home. The experience was fine until it came time to buy the vehicle. It took 3 hours to get through paperwork!! I was walk-in business.
