WOW. Please be very careful when attempting to buy anything from this dealership. Or even eating the cookies. To sum it up; very unprofessional, unethical, and very uneducated about the inventory. Wasted a whole Saturday after driving 45 mins, only to walk out with nothing besides an excuse that the bank was closed and that we couldn't see the vehicle we came to BUY because "it wasn't ready". This was after an appointment was set and rescheduled earlier that week. I would love to continue but, moving on as quickly as possible is our best decision. No car, No service, NO WAY. KEEP LOOKING! Purchased a newer used truck from this dealership. I live out of state (SD) where paper titles are still used. The dealer had an electronic title but claimed that I would receive a copy in the mail so live out of state (SD) where paper titles are still used. The dealer had an electronic title but claimed that I would receive a copy in the mail so I could register the vehicle. Dealer showed no concerns about being able to register within 30day deadline. Later, 30 days were around the corner and I called to verify what was going on because I hadn't received anything copy of title to register the vehicle. They claimed they sent the title to the bank. I then called the bank and they said they didn't see anything. Call back to the dealership and felt like I got the run around. Then called my county treasurer and had them try to sort it out. We then faxed a request to the bank for the title due to my state needing a paper title. Long story short, I have already had extension of paper plates expire and cannot apply for new paper plates again as it is a one time extension from county courthouse. I now can't drive my truck "legally" to work because I can't get another extension of paper pates...which makes my life very difficult at the moment. If you purchase a vehicle from in state you might be fine. If you are out of state I would do some serious talking with them before signing papers. Once you sign it seems the vibe they throw out is they no longer care and just want to get off the phone with you. More
Hyundai has a very good reputation for warranty coverage. Sales people are very helpful but not pushy. Good selection of vehicles. Reputation for the follow-up care of the car is very good. I was pleased with the service and the way we were treated. I was not pleased that my sales person gave my information to an insurance sales person. I have insurance and my wife has her insurance li treated. I was not pleased that my sales person gave my information to an insurance sales person. I honestly believe that the customer is sadly mistaken if he believes that any sales person is genuinely interested in their satisfaction. The sales environment is just a stage with actors and fake smiles th he believes that any sales person is genuinely interested in their satisfaction. If only we can eliminate the middle man and or change their incentive. Anyways, I cannot put my finger on it but I just did not feel like I had a positive experience with this dealer though I am pretty satisfied with my purchase. I suppose if you do not need to feel good while you spend thousands this dealer is for you. Otherwise I think they probably work well locally, but as a national dealer pienso que no. More
