I came to this dealership for a test drive on a 2011 Hyundai Elantra GLS. After the test drive, I knew it was the car I wanted. I thought Kevin did an excellent job at answering all of the my questions and really showed terrific knowledge of the Hyundai brand. I never felt pressured to make a decision and felt at ease throughout the whole process. When I finally decided to purchase, I thought Kevin and Tim did a great job of explaining all the terms of the financing and the warranty that went along with the vehicle. They even gave me $500 for my junk trade in! I really liked the fact that after I purchased the vehicle, Kevin took me over to the servicing department to show me where to go and who to talk to when my car needs servicing. When I went looking for a decent used vehicle I had no idea where to go or what to see....My son took me around to a 3 or 4 different dealerships to see what was out there...Van Horn Hyundai was one of th idea where to go or what to see....My son took me around to a 3 or 4 different dealerships to see what was out there...Van Horn Hyundai was one of those places....I met Kevin Miller and that was last place I looked....He was very helpful, extremely courteous and friendly, and was quite knowledgeable about the vehicles I was interested in....He went out of his way to find the right one for me and had it delivered to the his lot for me....He had me drive it around to get the feel of it....Answered all my questions about it (was a newer model and I had no idea of all the bells and whistles it came with) and he worked with me to get the price I was comfortable with...I purchased a 2012 Ford Escape and I am very happy with it....I would go back to him if I decide to get another vehicle...And would send any of my family or friends to him if they are in the market for a new or used vehicle....He made this whole experience very easy for me......
