Teerible customer service We purchased a van from van horn hyundai. We noticed the Led lights to the back passenger side wasn't working. The sales person , Erik told us he woul We purchased a van from van horn hyundai. We noticed the Led lights to the back passenger side wasn't working. The sales person , Erik told us he would order the part for us when we bought the van. He took the van to the parts department and they looked at it. Erik stated he will contact us when the part comes in. 3 weeks later we called to the parts department and they don't have anything ordered in our name. Called ERik and he never returned our call. Finally got a hold of him and he said he would check into and never.called us back. Tried calling him again and he turned his phone off. We called and talk to a manager named Tim. He said he would find out what the issue is and has never returned the call. Now that they got our money they're ignoring us. I don't recommend this dealership to anyone. More

First misleading statement, "If you finance your used car purchase with us you will receive the 10 year powertrain warranty that normally does not transfer with the purchase of a used vehicle." After waiting two hours it was our turn to meet with the gentleman in charge of the finance paperwork. Instead of talking finance we endured a five minute power point presentation on the value and importance of the purchase of an extended warranty. We found out later that because we declined the purchase of the extended warranty we did not qualify for the 10 year power warranty that we said we would get after we financed with them. Second misleading statement " If you purchase a vehicle with a credit card you have to pay the 3% fee on any dollar amount charged over Van Horn's limit of $2500." A merchant accepting Mastercard and Visa is required to accept the rules and regulations of the credit card company. One of those rules is that you may not impose a maximum amount for any transaction. And number two, you may not impose a surcharge on a transaction because a customer used their credit card. And for those people that have the ability to pay off their credit card bills monthly, the points earned will get you a one way ticket to a warm island. Something well deserved after dealing with this dealership. Now..would I purchase another vehicle from Van Horn? Absolutely! Their car prices are great! Would Van Horn let me purchase another vehicle from them? Probably not!!! More
Great Experience This is our first Hyundai and we visited two in the Milwaukee area and were not happy with either experience. We then decided to check out Van Horn. We worked with Robby and then with Mike in finance. The whole experience from emailing Robby prior to our visit to driving away in our new Santa Fe was wonderful. I can't say enough great things about Van Horn and we love our new SUV. More
All around great experience! I was looking to upgrade my vehicle with not so great credit. Where I live, they really have no dealerships willing to look at you unless you have perfect credit or an arm and a leg to put down. I found Van Horn dealership online and was VERY hesitant to try to apply. Lynda made it wonderful and she was so so nice..even joking about tractors! After I applied it wasn't even two minutes later when she called and told me I was approved! I faxed over the documents she needed and made an appointment to go to the dealership. When I arrived at the dealership, Trevor greeted my sons and I at the door. Trevor made sure I knew what was all going on from warming up the car to detailing it. Met Brandon who explained everything and signed the paperwork Nd off we went, not before Trevor helped set up my Bluetooth. I cannot express how happy I am with everyone there! Everyone made you feel welcomed and always had a smile on their face! I HIGHLY recommend doing business with Van Horn! Thank you everyone there for making this a great experience! More

Decent vehicles, pushy sales people, high prices. We went in looking for an SUV with a third row seat. They weren't very helpful in finding us these to look at, the ones we asked to look at they had u We went in looking for an SUV with a third row seat. They weren't very helpful in finding us these to look at, the ones we asked to look at they had us look in the windows of, not open up and test drive. When we found a van that we didn't mind, we asked to talk about pricing and were told that we could discuss it with the finance manager. The paperwork was brought to us with numbers already put in with no opportunity to change. They pushed a loan on us so that we would be spending more than we intended. We were there for almost 6 hours. In the first 2 hours, we test drove 2 vehicles, the rest of our day was spent waiting for the finance manager. The vehicle wasn't finished with repairs, but they wouldn't allow us to put money down to hold it and come back later. They told us that since it was the end of the month, they wanted to count the sale. So we will have to make another trip there to pick up the vehicle and hope no issues have come up while they worked on it. More

We have always taken by the appearance of the Sonata so seemed like a good starting point. Erik DaPra was very knowledgeable and helpful in enlightening us to various features of each model. After test driving several vehicles and models, we decided on the 2015 Sonata and we are very pleased. We do not buy new vehicles regularly-we find something we like, we maintain it and keep it for several years. Salesman said no problem would have service department put one in. We did all paper work and drove car never thinking we should check battery now first cold snap car wouldn't start, check battery and putting out 200 cold cranking amps. Contact Van Horn figuring there would be warranty on battery. Only to find out they never changed battery and will not do anything for us. Not the way a good business treats customers. After being lied to and getting know help from them wouldn't recommend them to anyone More
