Blair, We found your review interesting to read and what you didn't say is that you had opted out of the 10 year powertrain warranty to get the car for $400 LESS! Going over the value and importance of purchasing an extended warranty is important to us and to our customers. We want to make sure they understand the value and everyone can chose to purchase it or not and you chose to not purchase it. We hope you enjoy your vehicle and we feel the experience couldn't have been too bad if you are willing to come back to our dealership again to purchase another vehicle!

We certainly don't want you to feel like we pushed a loan on you. Since the vehicle was priced higher than what you had to pay, getting you a loan on the vehicle seemed like the best option.
