Would definitely recommend! I had been in the market for a car for awhile, and had a bit of difficult time finding one prior to going to Van Horn. I initially had gone in just to look at a few cars and see what they could offer me. I was greeted by Ryan Elsinger, who was very polite and helpful! I explained my situation and he went to work right away to show me a few options. I'm picky when it comes to my vehicles, and he was very patient with me, ( xxxxxxfor that Ryan LOL). I ended up leaving the first time with out a car, and looked elsewhere for a week or two, by my own choice. I called Ryan back about 3 weeks later on friday April 3rd and asked him if there was anything else he had available, and talked to him about a few things, within an hour he had called me back and told me he had great news, and had a car he thought I'd like. I went in on saturday after work and left with a 2011 Sonata. I would definitely recommend Ryan, and Van Horn! He's very patient, and works hard to find you something to meet your situation. I also liked that he called back when he said he would, and stuck to his word. Having dealt with many salesmen, it was refreshing. I got a great deal on the car, and they're even fixing a small chip in the windshield I had pointed out. My only complaint would be in the detailing department, and to who ever waxes and buffs the cars. My interior was VERY greasy, and there was wax left on the whole passenger, bottom side of my car. It looked like a rush wax job. I'm very particular about stuff like that, so I brought it home and re-cleaned the dash, and interior panels right away, and rubbed the whole car down again to get ride of the left over wax. ( Which I didnt mind too much, but it looked horrible with all the swirl marks and left wax!) More

Cold & Aggressive I bought my first car from this dealership 8 years ago and loved the service I received then. I found a car online I was interested in and it happened to be here. I thought "wonderful! What a coincidence!" I emailed and called to set up a time to see the car and everything was fine until the "numbers" talk. Erik gave an offer I was not ready to accept and asked what number I had in mind and so I gave it to him. A second later he pulls his papers together and says "well, thanks for coming in." Cold, horrible customer service skills and aggressive. Almost to the point of shaming me for giving a number and shaming me for wanting to negotiate. He went to get my keys as they had taken my car for an appraisal for trade-in and came back wanting to talk numbers again. I should have walked out then but decided why not. Let's hear it. The number was okay but if I had gotten better service, not felt like I was just shamed then I would have driven off in a new car. Horrible experince! I never want to feel that way again and would hate for anyone to have to go through that experience. I wish I had a different salesman today. Would not go back and will not recommend to friends and family. I'm taking my money to Bergstrom. If I could, I would give ZERO stars for customer service and friendliness. More

They are friendly, helpful, and have some of the best prices on new and used cars in the Midwest. I highly recommend them as they have a good size network to work through and are willing to go above and beyond to get you in the vehicle you want. More

My experience turned out much better than I expected. I got to meet Robby who worked with my budget and found me a brand new Santa Fe! I did not think I would be able to get a Brand new SUV in my price range! He very kindly answered all my questions and I had many! I even liked that I was able to follow up with him! More
The Place to Meet A Friend We were ushered to the 2006 Highlander Limited by friendly Kaitlyn, who handed us the key and told us to try it out and come back. When we returned, she shared our excitement in the car's performance, and that we wanted to purchase it. Kaitlyn went through each detail, each form and all the areas which we may choose to take care of (very few), since this vehicle was sold "as is." She went through the contract, and listened carefully when we told her what we wanted and what we chose not to have, and she honored each request. Kaitlyn worked closely with the business manager so there would be nothing missed, and we were really impressed. After the purchase she maintained contact while the service department was preparing it for our final acceptance and ownership. Kaitlyn was delightful during the entire time, and she took us to the Bay to have our pictures taken, and then carefully explained things inside, under the hood, and in the back, as well as under the car where the spare tire is kept. She encouraged us to go through the large vehicle manual, and if we had any questions, to give her a call so she could help in any way. We can honestly say we have never had such a wonderful experience as this anywhere in purchasing a vehicle. Although we are from another territory and did not know this dealer/service department reputation, we do now (since we found the vehicle through USAA). We will have no problem in highly recommending Van Horn to other friends and relatives, and in particular, to Kaitlyn's excellent care. More
