I remembered my parents had purchased a car in Fond Du Lac, so I decided to look up dealerships in that are I had been looking for a car for 2 months. I remembered my parents had purchased a car in Fond Du Lac, so I decided to look up dealerships in that area. I had put in an application with Van Horn and got a response the next day indicated that I was preapproved for a loan. Which was great because I was unable to get financing in the area I live at. I made an appointment with Lynda. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by Kaitlyn Calteux, who had everything set up and ready to go. I had my son with me and was very patience with us and even moved to a location where my child could play. I had test driven an Elantra and really enjoyed it. The payments were a bit much than I could afford. I told Kaitlyn the payment range I was comfortable with and she went and talked with Mike, another financial person who was working on my file, and they came back with a car that was perfect for my son and I. Low miles, extremely clean, well kept and I could see! Being short that was a huge problem. I could not take the car home with me that night as I was the only driver and had to schedule an appointment to come back and pick the car up and sign the paperwork. I was able to put money down to hold the car. We came back and Kaitlyn had greeted us with open arms. My mother, grandmother, and cousin had been there to pick up the car. It was an amazing experience and I could go on and on about the service and the amazing attitude Kaitlyn had with us, but then I would be here all day.
