I wasn't sure how it would go, but Ryan was there waiting for me. He was 100% positive that they'd get me a car. We started off with two options. That's all it took. I bought my last car brand new in 2000. I was ready for a newer car. I didn't a 2013 model would have been an option. It was. I love the car, Ryan was patient and great the whole time. Not Impressed 1. After deciding to buy the vehicle, everything was extremely unorganized. Instead of letting us know what they needed from us at the beginning, the 1. Instead of letting us know what they needed from us at the beginning, the constant need for different paperwork from us added at least an hour to the process, if not more. 2. We did NOT agree to the Luxcare to be added to the loan. It was added to our loan and they didn't let us know until after the whole loan process was completed. 3. They needed additional items from us in order to release our license plates, so we drove all the way back to Fond du Lac the next day, and they couldn't find our license plates. 4. After the third trip to Fond du Lac, and standing in the middle of the showroom floor for 10 minutes being completely ignored, it was another 20 minutes to get the license plates. 5. Every question we asked required the salesperson to run back to the finance office instead of just sitting us in the office to begin with. Also, the salesperson was required to give a brief overview of the vehicle before leaving the parking lot and did not know how to open the hood. More

mixed results Everything went great up until the time we had to do the finial paper work. we were there 3 1/2 hours just to buy a new car, and 2 of those hours were Everything went great up until the time we had to do the finial paper work. we were there 3 1/2 hours just to buy a new car, and 2 of those hours were spent waiting to get in to the financial person to get all the paper work done. there were so many people waiting to close on their deals, all the tables were full in the lobby and so many customers were pissed how they had to wait. If this deal was based on the wait time I would not come back at all, but I have to judge on the overall experience. had nothing to do with our sales person, but the person who did the finial paperwork. we had a sick person who needed to leave, but we could not because we had to wait. Good Experience Overall For the most part, dealing with this dealership was a good experience. Ryan Elsinger was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions pr For the most part, dealing with this dealership was a good experience. Ryan Elsinger was fantastic to work with. He answered all of our questions prior to arriving, and when we got there, he was very pleasant and helpful. After the purchase, he made sure to follow up with us. He is truly an asset to the dealership. The bad experience we had occurred when the business manager came in to help Ryan close (which was not necessary). We had already brought a check from our finance company to purchase the vehicle. Given that we are former military, we used the USAA car buying service and financing to make our purchase a simple process. In fact, that is how we located this vehicle. However, the business manager, Michael Schibline, became upset that we wouldn't entertain running our credit through his sources (so he could get a better commission). He started out nice, but when we wouldn't run our credit, he then became very short and rude with us. After that, the Luxcare Protection package we purchased went from a 5 year warranty to a 3 year warranty, and he told us we didn't qualify for the free oil changes that most new customers get. He didn't even shake our hand. In fact, he left the office prior to us - and just left us there when the paperwork was done. Nevertheless, I cannot judge the dealership by this person's rude attitude. Ryan, our salesperson, was fantastic and well overshadowed any negative experience that we had as a result of Michael, the business manager. More
