The first issue I had was different pricing on their website versus what they listed on cars.com. It was listed $1,000.00 cheaper on cars.com. Travis was my salesperson and he was very nice and helpful. he had the car ready to go for my test drive. I had some concerns about shakiness and the service department said they fixed the problem with balancing the tires. I then agreed that I liked the car. On the website they had a value your trade with Kelly Blue Book and I entered my information and the value came in around $8,000. When they valued my trade at the dealership they used nadaguides.com for valuation and offered me $6,000. I was not happy that they use one service on their website to entice people to come in and then use a different service when you are actually at the dealership. The Mustang was priced at $12,999.99 on their website and $11,999.99 on cars.com, they said they would honor the cars.com price. I then looked up the retail value on nadaguides.com and it came in around $10,000.00. I offered the trade-in of my van and $2,000 cash and they did not want to lower the price. After some bargaining I got them to give me $7,000 trade in for my van and then put down $2,000.00 cash and take a loan for the remaining, which was a small loan. Not a big deal, I was willing to pay more because my wife and I really liked the car. I took the Mustang home the same day and left some things in the Van, Travis was nice enough to mail those items to me and I received them the next day. On the drive home I experienced some shaking still and also felt the transmission was not shifting properly. Over the next few days I found that the car had an idle surge, a belt squeal and the brakes were noisy. Travis addressed my concerns and setup a service appointment. The service department was a joke, they kept it for a few days saying that they could not replicate the problems. Then finally on the last day they were able to get the idle surging. The technician cleaned the Throttle Body, this did not resolve the idling issue and the other issues were still present. I drove an hour and a half each way basically for nothing. I decided to take it to a Ford dealership here in Milwaukee since it only came with one key and I needed another one. I had them also perform and inspection and told them what concerns I had. There findings were conclusive and addressed my concerns. The idle surging is most likely the Idle Air Control Valve, the wobbling is from not having matching tires on the car, the front tires were Pirelli and the wrong speed rating and the rears were firestone with the correct speed rating and severely worn. The belt squeal was because the belt needs to be replaced. The brakes were noisy because they were cheap aftermarket pads, they had full pad on them still like they were replaced recently and the rotors were in good shape. So now I went from paying $2,000 over the value of the car according to nadaguides.com, they service they use for valuation, to having to put another $2,000 in the car. I was told that anything that happened within 30 days would be taken care of, so I sent an email to Travis and left him a voicemail and did not hear anything back for a week. When he got back to me it was to check up on the email I sent. He said he forwarded it to his GM and service manager. I had not heard from either one of them. I still did not hear from either one of them after talking to Travis and letting him know I did not hear from either one of them. I do not blame any of this on Travis and he is the only reason the review is a 2. Otherwise it would've been a 0. Overall I do not recommend purchasing a car from Van Horn, unless you want to be overcharged and have to put money into it right away even though the guarantee was anything within 30 days would be taken care of. Best Dealership Experience I've bought quite a few vehicles in the past from a number of dealerships, and I've never had a more pleasant, accommodating, and relaxed experience. I've bought quite a few vehicles in the past from a number of dealerships, and I've never had a more pleasant, accommodating, and relaxed experience. The staff was extremely friendly. I'm talking likable friendly, not "it's my job, I gotta be friendly" friendly. I felt like making myself at home the entire time I was there. I felt confident in my sales rep (Erik DaPra) and his ability and willingness to meet my vehicle needs. Extremely thorough and helpful. I walked in there doubting I'd come away with anything but another blah and disappointing dealership experience, and walked away beyond impressed, my only regret being I hadn't tried the place out long ago with previous vehicle purchases. I'm pretty much blown away by the whole experience. Bonus points for having a Starbuck's coffee machine on site. Unlimited tasty caffeine while you car shop? Perfect. P.S. Customer Service and Friendliness needs extra star options! More

We drove all the way from Michigans Upper Penninsula after seeing all the great deals they had to offer on their website. We highly recommend anyone wanting a great deal for very nice vehicles to give them a try. We were so happy with our salesmen Eric, he went above and beyond in treating us with such great customer care. We are very happy with our choice! Thank You, Michael and Lisa Jo Halfmann More
Great and then very disappointing. Great customer service up front then slowly we felt like low priority. Sales associate helping us was always busy with other customers at the same time. When I was sold the interior/exterior package I was told I would get a nice SUV to use while they were doing it. Brought my new van in for that the next day and was given a filthy beat up SUV with food and sticky mess everywhere. I spent 20min just trying to get the car seats in properly. Get in it to drive and the radio didn't even work. I had 3 crying children who also walked on the seat to get out of the car to avoid stepping on the floor mats because they were so gross and caked with food or something... With out my prompting them to avoid them. My 5 year old was even grossed out. I drove it for about 30min with screaming crying children, while feeling so gross I didn't even want to touch the steering wheel. Not to mention while I was being set up with the SUV, he was still busy with 3 other customers. When I messaged about the vehicle I was told it was the last one they had. Out of an entire lot of vehicles, and this is a largely run compan, all they had to offer me was a disgusting vehicle with no radio. Instead of running errands like I needed to, I sat in the vehicle and cried and decided to just go home and wait for my van to get done. I received my van a little less than 3 hours later and the door handle that was supposed to be fixed is still loose, not as loose, but still loose. And the inside panel of the van is exactly as it was. I feel like I was made to trust him, actually really liked his personality in the beginning and was impressed and sharing with others how happy I was, until last night and this morning. I feel like they got a sale out of me, got what they wanted, and then treated me like I wasn't a priority anymore. The vehicle I bought was over $22,000 when said and done. I added on over $1500 worth of stuff to it and feel slightly taken advantage of. I never thought I would be writing a review like this based on first impression. But this ruined my day. And its not right. I wasn't offered anything else, other than that they would drop my van off at my house for me. Which is great, because I couldn't sit in the SUV they borrow me any longer with out feeling like I needed to take a shower and use a lot of hand sanitizer. Im incredibly disappointed. If he didn't have time for us I would have rather have known and come another time when he did. All he had to do was tell me. My entire day got switched around, and now I'm left with having to run errands at 10 o clock at night after my son's game because I couldn't do it during the day like I had planned and I need the stuff by tomorrow morning. Absolutely disappointed. More
