STAY AWAY!!! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This place is terrible. I honestly believe they all have to go through some “How to Scam our Customers” class be STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! This place is terrible. I honestly believe they all have to go through some “How to Scam our Customers” class before they are hired. Sure they all act professional and polite, and offer you drinks and cookies – but they ALL seriously lack morals. First, they sold me a SUV that started having issues on the way home. I brought it back (2 hour drive) after the check engine light came on (within days of buying it). We had the code read at Auto Zone before bringing it back to the dealership, and Auto Zone diagnosed a “cylinder misfire” – a pretty serious and expensive problem. The dealership told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and that they cleared the code. Obviously, anyone can “clear” a code. So, apparently this was a magical self-fixing vehicle (right). I did not feel comfortable driving my family around in this truck, so I asked that they take it back and get me into something else, since they refused to acknowledge there was a problem. After speaking with three different people, and having to get very upset about it, they agreed to getting me into something else on their lot. Well, I found a car that was listed $1,000 less than the SUV (figuring I would take the loss to get into something else reliable). But, that wasn’t enough for them. They took $2,000 off the SUV for trade-in value (keep in mind I had the vehicle for DAYS – not weeks or months). Then they did not carry my warranties I purchased for the SUV over to the new car, but added new warranties to the paperwork without explaining to me that was how it was going to work. That totaled another $3,000 loss. The interest rate they stuck me with on the second vehicle was 1% higher than the original loan, and they never mentioned one word about it. Everything was very rushed with the final paperwork and signatures – nothing was explained. They kept acting like they were doing me a favor (yeah right). On a side note, I am a female – was alone the day that I returned the SUV, and 7 months pregnant. Easy to take advantage of in their book? Yes. In hindsight, I should’ve spent more time reading all the small print, but I wasn’t given that opportunity and honestly after hours of waiting there (another scam tactic I believe), I just wanted to get home to my small children. When I called about the warranty issue after having time to read that paperwork at home, they treated me like an idiot, and said in no way could they ask the warranty company to refund that money. I knew arguing with them would get me nowhere, so I gave up. To top all this off, when I entered the second car I purchased to leave the dealership I noted there were no floor mats (after signing paperwork that listed floor mats were included). The salesman said he would send some in the mail. After waiting four months, and inquiring several times – I have only received excuses (not surprised). In summary: The whole experience has been terrible. After all was said and done I ended up paying almost $20,000 for a $13,500 car. Tell me how that is fair or ethical? I couldn’t even get floor mats they promised me. So very disappointed in this car dealership. I honestly feel like this is more of a scam artist paradise using cars as a “front”. There are so many other reputable dealerships out there – and I’ve never had problems like this anywhere else. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! More
Work with my budget n never gave up. They never gave up to find me the monthly payment that I could afford. Even if they lost out on more profit on my trade in.
