The folks who work the phones at Van Horn, (in our case, Kayla), keep in touch with you without being pushy. Trevor took his time with us. At no time did he use typical sales tactics like asking "closing questions" etc. I did not have a lot of questions because I had done my homework. Nonetheless, he was thorough in explaining the features of the 2013 Kia Sorento SX that we purchased. That took a bit of effort because that car has just about everything. If you have appreciation for professionalism, and letting the product do the selling, I would recommend working with Trevor. Having driven the vehicle for over 3 months now, I can attest that it is an excellent value in a late model used car. The world of online reviews can be a tricky one to navigate! I usually ignore the "over the top" praise reviews and the "down in the gutter" reviews. All the ones in between that offer substantive commentary are the most useful. I hope I have offered some specific reasons to give THIS DEALERSHIP your consideration. We came all the way from Appleton to buy this car. The main reason we came this far was that they had the vehicle trimline that we wanted. Our positive experience at the dealership was a wonderful bonus! In the 100 days that have passed, we have had no reasons to second guess our experience with Van Horn Hyundai of Fond du Lac. More
