Communication is Concerning I contacted Van Horn by phone to inquire about a vehicle listed on AutoTrader. I spoke with Kayla, who took information and was going to return my c I contacted Van Horn by phone to inquire about a vehicle listed on AutoTrader. I spoke with Kayla, who took information and was going to return my call. She did not. I followed up the next day with another call to Kayla, and again, did not get a call back. I decided to drive from Green Bay to check it out in person. We worked with Keith on a test drive. He was friendly, helpful and professional. We decided to purchase the SUV and Keith and Brandon stayed 1 hour past their business hours to close the deal. Would have been a 5 star rating at that point. They delivered the car to us the next day, but forgot the floor mats. Simple issue, but the communication was terrible again. I was repeatedly told by Keith that they were being delivered, but they did not show up and the only updates I got were when I called or emailed to follow up. Otherwise, we were left in the dark. Finally, after a simple thing became very frustrating, I involved another sales manager (Kevin) who had the floor mats sent immediately (9 days after first promised). This lack of communication concerns me that any future issues will not be handled well and bring additional frustration. Failure in simple customer service courtesy brought them from a 5 star rating to a 2 star rating. More

LIARS!!! Incompetent lying xxxxxxxx!!! Said my car was shipping out Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and finally said it was on a truck and that i woul Incompetent lying xxxxxxxx!!! Said my car was shipping out Tuesday, then Wednesday, then Thursday, and finally said it was on a truck and that i would have it Friday night. I called the trucking company to confirm and they told me the dealership lied to me. They never promised delivery until Monday!! When I got the true story from the salesman he said that they always quote a low trucking fee to help get the sale, then they have to wait until someone picks up the lowball price off of the trucking board. Totally unprofessional and completely dishonest!!! More
