He walked us through the whole process from looking over the vehicle to getting financed and putting the license plates on for use. We got all this done and taken care of in under an hour. First time owner of a new car. I knew Exactly what I wanted color, interior color, model trim and package and I did a 300 mile auto trader search and the only car that met every thi I knew Exactly what I wanted color, interior color, model trim and package and I did a 300 mile auto trader search and the only car that met every thing I wanted was 250 miles away at Van Horn Hyundai dealer in Fond Du Lac , WI. When I call the dealership to find out if the car was available I was put in touch with Josh Elliott who helped me securing and purchasing my first ever new car. I cannot say enough good things about Josh , no pressure and always listened and answered my questions to my satisfaction. The purchase price had been listed on Auto trader, but the dealer did not get the car for about a month from the time I saw it posted .so I kept asking Josh when the car was arriving , I had the financial papers sent to me which I signed at that point I felt like I had secured the car so when it arrived did not mater . Since I live 250 miles from Fond Du Lac I will not be taking my car to them for service, other wise I would , the closest Hyundai dear to me is 32 miles away. I saved nine hundred dollars by purchasing my new car from Van Horn Hyundai but they were also the only dealer to have Exactly what I wanted . I do not own a cell phone so Josh could not hook me up to the Bluetooth system other wise he would have . New 2016 Hyundai Veloster Lucas Simon was absolutely terrific! I came to look at a used MINI Cooper and it just wasn't for me. I explained the situation I was in with not being Lucas Simon was absolutely terrific! I came to look at a used MINI Cooper and it just wasn't for me. I explained the situation I was in with not being able to get a deal due to what I owed on my 2013 Ford CMax, which in my opinion was uncomfortable, not fun to drive, and I just really missed having a manual transmission. He suggested I look at a few of the new cars on the lot and one of his suggestions was the Hyundai Veloster. According to the website, there were no manuals in the lot, but offered for us to drive an automatic to see what we thought. He came back and said something like, "you are in for a surprise, we might make a deal today! It's a manual! I test drove it and looked it over and loved it and still do! No dealership was able to make a deal go through without having an outrages down payment before this experience. We could afford what we could afford and Lucas worked with the financial department and made it happen! He was even able to include the extended warranty and protection for under the monthly payment we were willing to make as well. Overall, it was simply a tremendous experience and I am thankful for Lucas Simon and Van Horn Hyundai! I highly recommend them! More
