(Awesome sauce :)) Today I left the car lot approved for the vehicle I wanted and it will be delivered to me on Monday. I can not thank Jeff enough! If there was anything that he was unsure about, he made sure he did his research before providing a definite answer. I am super excited! Kia Nero Hybrid Found the right vehicle for me after trying several. I am handicapped and a rather large women. I have difficulty swinging my leg up into most SUVs so Found the right vehicle for me after trying several. I am handicapped and a rather large women. First I was in the market for a car so I started looking and found this beautiful rowdy edition 2 Camry at there dealership. I sent an email Josh text back I ask if they could do an offsite trade he said yes. So I filled out the application on line and everything went through over text messages. Then he had a couple of very nice gentleman deliver my car to me in Georgia all the way from Michigan now if that isn’t outstanding customer service I don’t know what is. I would like to thank the people at Van Horn Hyundai for a great car buying experience. If you need a vehicle I would highly recommend them. More

Lack of communication Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotate & an oil change. On my way to appt, there was a squealing noise that started. When I checked in for my appt, I Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotate & an oil change. On my way to appt, there was a squealing noise that started. When I checked in for my appt, I mentioned to the girl that checked my vehicle in that there is a noise and my husband thinks it could be my pads sticking. Asked if I needed to show the coupon for a feee Brake inspection to have my brakes looked at & I was told no because they do a brake inspection as part of the oil change. I was told that my back brake were down to 2. I told the girl that I just had my brakes done in March so that really doesn’t make sense. She said she would have them look at them again. I was told they looked at them again & confirmed that yes the back brakes are bad and I should take it back to where I had them done originally. Took my vehicle to where my brakes were done & was told that I have a bad caliper & this is what wore my pad down so quickly. Only the pad with the bad caliper was wore & the tech could tell I had a bad caliper without even removing the tire. I was told I should not be driving the vehicle this way because it is a safety hazard. Very disappointed with the service I received. We used to have complete confidence in the service we received years ago and don’t feel that I have that confidence any more. My husband called the service manager today regarding our concerns & was told that if they were told that the vehicle was making noise they would have checked this more closely so not sure if there is a communication issue between the person checking in the vehicles & the techs but very disappointed. More
