Terrible customer service. Bought a vehicle at the end of Nov. (2019). After 13 trips back and forth to VanHorn, the vehicle still was still in the shop (for 57 days total). Communication was horrible thr Nov. (2019). After 13 trips back and forth to VanHorn, the vehicle still was still in the shop (for 57 days total). Communication was horrible throughout the process. The day we signed purchasing papers, I alerted the finance lady of an incorrect address. She 'fixed' the address and we signed new papers. After we got home we received a call from VH telling us we needed to come back right away because they had the wrong address on some papers. We returned to VH (60 mile round trip) and signed again. They called two days later and we had to re- sign again due to the incorrect address still. Then the vehicle continued to break down and had numerous issues. Save yourself a big headache and shop elsewhere. More
