These guys are complete liars. Be especially careful if you come in from out of town because they take advantage of the fact you will let broken promises slide to avoid another trip. Here's a summary of lies I was told: 1) I was not made aware of a $500 service fee until I looked over the purchase order I needed to send to the bank to get my loan. I went to pull out of the deal and the sales manager threatened to keep my deposit. He only relented when I threatened to turn him into the AG. We only continued forward with the purchase because my wife already fell in love with the car. 2) Sales manager promised to fix paint chip on the car. I even confirmed on multiple occasions it was fixed before driving up. If they did anything to it, it was only a bit of base coat. 3) Sales manager offered me a bottle of touch up paint. It has not been delivered and he will no longer return my calls. I realize items 2 and 3 are minor, but if you can't trust a dealer with the little things, you can't trust them with the big things. This is the first time I've had a bad experience buying a car. More

I called about a vehicle that I had seen online. I ended up working with kayla Vander Galien. Kayla made sure that everything was all in order so that i could make the drive up to look at the vehicle on up working with kayla Vander Galien. Kayla made sure that everything was all in order so that i could make the drive up to look at the vehicle on a friday. It was a 1 1/2 hour drive to see the vehicle in person. She had sent me videos of the vehicle. Even let me know that she found a scratch on the car before I made the drive! No games to be played at this dealership. This is my sixth car purchase from Van Horn in the last 5 years. Everything went pretty smoothly for the most part. I was a little disappointed though that they had some misleading/incorrect information in t years. Everything went pretty smoothly for the most part. Purchase of 2020 Santa Fe Kayla was pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable regarding the vehicle; Eric and Zach were personable as well. Unfortunately, the purchase took us about 2-2 1/2 hours due to negotiations between dealerships to get the color and package desired. We realize that this was somewhat outside of the Fond du Lac dealership's control. When the print-out of vehicle cost was shown to us, it included additions such as Lux Care and extended warranty. It would have been nice to not have those additional items included in the pricing until such time as we asked for them to be added in the sale. There was a gal from the finance area that pushed hard for us to go with the 0% financing deal rather than taking the rebate; it seemed like a hard sell to us, especially in light of her not having really talked to us to know what might be the best option for us. We are thankful to Kayla that she provided us with the Hyundai financing option that allowed us to take advantage of the rebate offered. More
