The service itself was fine as I just needed an oil change. What I didn’t like was the lack of mask wearing. The Service Supervisor seemed to have forgotten how to wear a mask properly. It was either n change. What I didn’t like was the lack of mask wearing. The Service Supervisor seemed to have forgotten how to wear a mask properly. It was either not on at all or half way on. When I saw my car being driven to the parking lot, the mechanic was as also not wearing a mask. This upset me so much, that I don’t think I will be returning this dealership. Not wearing a mask while changing my oil is fine, but to drive my car without wearing one is unacceptable. I have Type 1 Diabetes and a horrible immune system, so it truly just felt like your employees didn’t care about their guests. I wear a mask for 8 hours five out of seven days at my job, so can your employees. We’re in the middle of a pandemic that’s just getting worse and to see that left me disappointed. I don’t know where your mechanic has been when he’s not at work, so to see him in my car without a mask on was upsetting. I purchased my car from your dealership this past June and my mom bought a truck from here a few years ago, so I thought this was a reliable dealership, but apparently not. I know it may seem like I’m going over the top, but people are dying from this virus. Please do better. More

From the very beginning after walking into the showroom, we were greeted by JT, our salesperson. He walked us through every step of purchasing our vehicle. And, he answered all of our questions very patient we were greeted by JT, our salesperson. He walked us through every step of purchasing our vehicle. And, he answered all of our questions very patiently. When he didn't know an answer he went to another salesman, maybe his manager who could then answer our questions.
